19 Amnesty beneficiaries Graduate from University of Cape Coast.     Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator, Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig. Gen. The Reformed Ex-Niger Delta Agitators’ Forum, has again applauded the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig-Gen. Paul Boroh (Rtd) over the commencement of an empowerment scheme for 1000 Ex-Agitators in Agribusiness across the Niger Delta region, adding that the ongoing historic agri-business empowerment package initiated by Gen. Boroh, goes to reaffirm the federal government’s commitment towards achieving sustainable peace and development in the Niger Delta region. Addressing the chiefs, elders, women and youth groups of George Town, Okrika, Rivers State on Friday, he said it is in the enlightened interest of  all to engage the youths if the Region and the country is to have an assured future.
