AMNESTY COORDINATOR EULOGIZES KING ATEKE TOM, CALLS FOR EFFECTIVE COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE AT THE GRASSROOTS The Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brig-Gen.
