MIDDLE LEVEL POWER TECHNICIANS WILL BOOST THE ELECTRICITY VALUE CHAIN. GEN. BOROH
The Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Brigadier General Paul Boroh (Rtd), has again emphasized the need to train youths to fill up the gap in skilled labour in the power sector; adding that the middle-skilled jobs may only require basic technical education and training but not a university degree as the case may be.
